Drink more water.

Your kidneys need a lot of water to do its job, however if they don’t get enough, the liver will have to help (apart from doing its normal function) which results is burning fat less efficiently. You don’t want to drown your body by drinking too much water either. You should drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water (or other beverages) every day.
Replace unhealthy foods.
Side dishes such as macaroni and cheese and chips are extremely high in calories and you can lose weight by replacing these with fresh vegetables and salads. You can replace part of the beef and pork you eat with chicken which is a healthier alternative due to the low fat and protein it contains. Also eat plenty of fish which are a good sources of antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids as well as containing little fat.
Eat fiber.
Fiber helps eliminate feces from your body. Getting rid of this will allow you to lose a bit more weight. Fibre passes through our digestive system without providing calories and helps reduce cholesterol.
Do a bit of exercise.
Do some regular exercise, maybe 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. This won’t take too much time off your day, and it will help you lose weight. Exercise will burn down calories as well as providing more frequent bowel movements. Try to include more physical activity in your lifestyle. For example not taking shortcuts when walking, walk around the park… Be creative and challenge yourself to keep motivation.
